Welcome my love, I'm Ailish Lucas.
I’m Ailish, a Success Coach for female entrepreneurs who are ready to stop quieting their potential and start cashing in on it, without losing their peace in the process.
For over 20 years, I’ve studied what makes people truly succeed; the psychology, the habits, the stories we tell ourselves. I trained with Mindvalley as a business coach and with Shirzad Chamine, founder of Positive Intelligence, to master the science of self-trust.
In my previous business, I ran a successful marketing membership for indie beauty brands that hit the five figure launches and the coveted “success” goals, won industry awards and earned a finalist spot in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. I’ve interviewed some of the world’s leading female entrepreneurs, and they all had one thing in common, they learned how to build success their way.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER COACHING PROGRAMME?
Because I’m not here to sell you ‘good vibes’ or to be in your masculine or feminine energy. This is based off neuroscience, evidence backed research (which has been proven) and real lived experience from a 42 year old woman (aka me) who is committed to providing excellence for each and every one of my clients so they can create a version of success that is uniquely yours. If you like science, soul and straight talk (with someone who has lived life) then this is where you’ll get tools that you can use and pass onto your family because they’re that effective.
I don't have the time right now...
Let’s get straight to it. Pull out your phone, now look at your screen time stats. My guess is that it’s a couple of hours and then some?! Yes, I know you have a business and you need to be online, but how effective are you with that time on your phone? Could you substitute even 15 minutes a day of that time scrolling for a programme that could literally rewire your brain to help you get more successful? I think you could. And if you can’t commit to make 15 minutes for yourself, then I’m afraid this programme isn’t for you (I told you we only do straight talk here).
how much time does it take to complete?
As much or as little as you want. But if you can commit about 15 minutes a day for 12 weeks then you can rewire your mind, if you can commit 30 minutes a day for 12 weeks, your entire life could be transformed. Genuinely.
