I know this because
i have People pleased + Overachieved to the point of burnout.
Over the last decade, I have grown a hugely successful, award-winning business, which looked (and was!) amazing from the outside. But behind the scenes, I was also supporting my partner through the loss of his child (+ wife two years prior), and had become a full time step-mum. It was a lot.
And I was exhausted. I people pleased in my relationship, with my clients, with my family + friends. I ensured everyone else was doing OK + when it came to me, I was left exhausted, overwhelmed + resentful. And so I followed that which led me to retrain as a mindset coach, learn to work with myself than against + create a life that I am so, so grateful for + happy with. Not only that, I’m doing the work I’ve always truly wanted to do, I’ve created freedom within my days to do what I want + I’m excited for the future and the goals I want to achieve (without burning myself out).

You've got questions? We have answers!
The programme starts on Saturday 4th November when the first video is live. You will have until Monday night to watch it. Tue-Friday you will start your Positive Intelligence practice. The programme runs until Saturday 16th December.
You will get access to the app for one whole year! After this, your access will be removed.
If you start the programme and absolutely hate it, then you have a 7 day money back guarantee. But I’m hoping it won’t come to that because it really is amazing!

You will be assigned a POD which is a small group of no more than 5 people who will be your buddies on this journey. You will be able to support each other within the app + share breakthroughs with them.
The programme requires you to do 15 minutes of practice Tuesday – Friday and watch a 60 minute video (which is broken down into small 7-12 minute chunks) which goes live on a Saturday and you have until Monday night to watch. The total amount of time it takes is less than 3% of your waking hours per day. Even Beyonce has that.
These will be every Thursday at 4pm UK time. There will also be replays if you are unable to make the call, but if you can, commit to showing up live. Because that’s when the biggest breakthroughs happen.
